About Us

We are staffed by Tamkea Green Foote, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Dr. Charles Idris Webb, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Together we combine a wealth of experience of over 20 years including intensive in-home therapy, education, social service, partial hospitalization programs and substance abuse treatment settings.  

New Life Counseling & Mental Health Services is located in the same building as New Life Christian Church, which was founded in 2000.  Since that time, New Life Health & Wellness, a medical practice has also been established.  While the divisions share the same name, the institutions are separate.  However, what we do share is a philosophy of care and compassion for all who seek our service and counsel.  We are able to recommend and refer to one another in a seamless and efficient process of synergy and collaboration.
